that´s my first time here.

I have a question and hope I can get some answers here.

What settings are requierd to hear 5.1 Surround Sound by watching live TV not recording and watching. I have a Terratec Cinergy S2 PCI HD. With the Terratec-Software I can hear DolbyDigital. But not with ProgDVB. Is ther anyone who can help me ?

Yesterday I tried some settings an suddenly I have sound out of all my 6 speakers. But I think its not DolbySurround sound . With my soundcard and my TV-card must it be possible to hear surround. With other software (terratec home cinema, soundcard driver) it works. Is there someone who has an idea

Using AC3filter is okay to output 5.1 DD sound. You may need to try different settings in AC3filter to adjust properties, it's interesting.
