Channels with subtitles

I have ProgDVB6.02.01Pro.exe with 15 days left... I want purchase this software, but I encountered one bug, when i choose one channel with subtitles the software crashes in few seconds.
I don´t have the audio processor choosed...
Another channels (without subtitles) working fine...
How I do to fix this bug??

1. What subtitle type?
2. Plase record me TS from this channel and put to rapidshare for example.

This is the link to the capture.... That is very dificult but the program crash in moment

This problem only is in channels with subtitles... Channels without them are ok!!

What channel name?
Can you record more long sample 2-3 minutes?

I can´t capture anymore but the program crash...

This file very important for me. You can start ProgDVB with /NoGraph key and disable EPG parser in settings->Options->other.
ProgDVB not can crash in this mode.

I have already removed the EPG parser... When I start PrgDVB with /NoGraph appears this error and can´t start:
