Favorites

Maybe I have to wright a new Topic..

The problem I have is that when I update from 5 to 6 or from 6.02 to 6.03, my favorites folder are lost :( .
It's the same if I make a new channel search.. :( :( :(

Why is it not possible to create a menu favorites (as in a Browser) and if you like a channel, right click and add to favorites. :)
In every browser you can set how many favorites folder you want and if you say add to favorite you are asked in wich favorites folder you want to have the page.. :D :D :D

Never mine, for me the big problem with the favorites folders is that they are gone after an update or after a new channel search..
I can save the channel List but then how can I paste the new channels in it.. :?: :?: :?:

What's unclear with this?
Today the clipboard / c&p method is the only one available.
Of course, this might (but not must) be changed some day.

On Windows, the mechanics behind this are named clipboard.

OK! I had understood.
But, it's not a solution to the problem (first Topic).

Sure, I know what to do to copy and paste the Channels in my favorites.
But look, I'm french; I have the French favorites, sport favorites, film favorites (french + German).
It's a lot of work to look for each channel and select them in the favorite order I want.
When I'm finished, I save it in a Channel List. OK.

But now I want to search new channels (I do it generaly after two months). I find them but all may favorites lists are lost.

Then I charge the old Channels again. The favorites are back but the new channels are lost.

What do I do wrong?
