If your system did work properly before, but suddenly stopped working, DON'T change any settings. The law of logics resp. electronics did not change recently...
Either you did change something right before failure, so step back...
...or something happened to your hardware, like dish blown out of direction by strong winds, or cable / connector / switch trouble occurred, or your tuner went bad.

Don't uninstall ProgDVB. Check with another software, like the original package, that came with your tuner.

If at hand, compare with a receiver.

And next time, tell people full details on your dish setup, like what LNB would be first / second / third position, what kind of switch, then basic facts on DVB hardware, OS, driver and alike.
