I have here pinnacle 510e quattro stick. DVB-T and DVB-C works fine, but Analogue is not usable, as follows:

When I want to activate "PCTV 510e/520e/802e WDM 2885 Capture TV" in device list (TV sources window), it cannot get black - it keeps displaying in red - AND: PAL-B is not settable; when setting to PAL-B (CCIR) and closing the window, at re-open it has changed to PAL-D (OIRT); and PAL-G (or PAL-B/G) is missing.

How to watch analogue TV with that device? With Pinnacle-Software, analogue-TV with that device works fine ...

btw: there is a misspelling in analogue-device-window: there should be written "standard", not "standart"!

Analog is not main function of ProgDVB and not working on more half of devices. I am not know about pinnacle.
