Hi,

since i have updated to ProgDVB v6.7X.X my Hauppauge WinTV-Nova-TD-Stick (Model: 958xx, DVB-T)
doesn't find any tv-channel. After deinstallation and re-installation of ProgDVB v6.65.2 it found some
channels in my area, but not all. After another downgrade to ProgDVB v6.63.10 all works fine again.

What can i do, to get the newest version of ProgDVB working?

Please compare settings in Settings->Device options.
Is it same?

The settings between ProgDVB 6.63 and 6.7X are different:
After I have changed the settings of ProgDVB 6.7, the search has found 4 channels of 27 (in my area).

I am recommend set "Not use more use device" for hauppage. But that is important only for dual tuner device.

Did you mean the option 'Not start more one device at one'?

In the meantime I've upgraded to ProgDVB 6.72.8 and I have also tested the above option, unfortunately not successful.

A month ago i have written a mail to ProgDVB-Support and i got no response!
One or two weeks later i created this forum post and till now i can't use ProgDVB.
In between i have bought ProgDVB Pro and i want to use the record function.
So ProgDVB-Support please help me!

I am not have idea about that. But you can try 2-3 simple experiments with Device Settings dialog. Also what version you use? Try x32 at first.

The facts!
01. ProgDVB 6.63.10 x64 and older versions working fine on my PC (timeshift is buggy and my pro-license is not valid with this versions)
02. After I updated to ProgDVB v6.65.2, it found only 4 channels.
03. After a another update to ProgDVB v6.7.x, it has not found any channel.
04. All the time i have had installed the newest driver of my Hauppauge WinTV Nova-TD (Model: 958xx) in Version 3.11.27187.
05. During the start process of ProgDVB x86/x32 an exception is thrown.
06. Changing the device options does not work.
07. My Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 + Hauppauge WinTV Nova-TD (Model: 958xx) + Hauppauge Driver-Version 3.11.27187

01. What was changed from ProgDVB 6.63.10 to v6.65.2 and to v6.7.x?
02. Which versions are still between ProgDVB 6.63.10 and v6.65.2? So i can find the latest runing version for you.
03. How about a remote desktop session on my PC?

01. I have found out that ProgDVB 6.7 searches channels from 1 to 198 (Steps), but ProgDVB 6.6 searches from 1 to 188 (Steps).
02. I have selected the transponderlist-region 'Germany' without selecting a city (like ever before).
03. It seems to be that the transponderlist for Germany is changed and wrong in ProgDVB 6.7.x!

What did you mean? I can open and search in manual search dialog.

07. I copied the transponderlist of directory 'ProgDVB-Dir\Transponders\TerFiles' from ProgDVB 6.63 to 6.7.x, but this has brought no improvement. Still no channels are found, so the transponderlist seems to be okay.

05. Could it be a problem that my Hauppauge WinTV Nova-TD has a TwinTuner (Dual-Tuner with Diversity)?

No problem if you enable "use only one tuner at once" in Settings->Device options.
