dear support, i`ve recorded channel from nilesat 101 ,102 it recorded the channel with it`s size but there is no lenght ( duration ) so i can`t view the file recorded. to fixing this problem i did uninstall the codec and re installed it but the problem didn`t resolve so plz help me to know the solution. this problem wa found in this channel only :S
