Big problem with Prog Media Server

Hi! :)

My english is very bad. Sorry!

I have very big problem with Prog Media Server(home).

Computer(Server): Windows 7 Home Premium x64 - ProgDVB 6.86.4 Standart x64 + Prog Media Server(home) 3.69
Conputer(Client): Windows 7 Home Premium x64 - ProgDVB 6.86.4 Standart x64 + Prog Media Client 3.40

Firewall(server & client) is OK.
Server protocol - unicast.

All work perfectly.

I can change channels on the server and all work without problem.
But after changes 2-3-5 channels and close the client, and again... and again(3-5-7 times, allways is differently) I lost picture(TV signal) on client side and ports on server is(look Control, this is flood from client!):

Image
If click on APPLY button(without any changes) on PMS - all working again.
If change port on client side from 10999 to 11000 its work again, but client can't change channel.
If restart ProgDVB(server side) - all work again.
If block incoming port 11000 on server computer - all working again, but can't change channel.

TCP connections on server side(only ProgDVBEngineRun):

This is TCP flood from client to server. If close ProgDVB(client) the flood stops. If block all out TCP connections for ProgDVB(client) - the flood stops.

Please, help me.

Yes... I tried. (without Stability mode in client, in server... both)

Also tried with old versions on ProgDVB.

Also x86 versions.

Also change port on the server.

Also change Packet Size.

Allways same thing. :(

Logs...

How I make this: Open client and change 3-4 channels. Close client. Open client again and change 3-4 channels. Close client. I make this 3-4-5 times and voila. I think this is server side problem because if I click on APPLY button into server window the server work again without problem.

P.S.: With new version(client and server) I have problem, because server streaming only ~150KB/s always(normally 500-700KB/s).
