problem with diseqc when used the function of NIT in scanner
progdvb pro 6.86.04 32bit
when not used NIT diseqc work good
my dvb card tevii s464
windows 7 x64
ram 8gb
intel core 2 duo e6600
diseq 4*1

Please send me logs after scan with NIT and without NIT.

in version 6.86.4, I see no diseqc problems with the frequencies in lists, both NIT on or off.
Cant imagine influency of frequencies after a satellite is set with diseqc 1.0 or 1.1 switches.
Maybe when doing a satellite scan when NIT finds a new frequency this will not change correctlly a multiswitch with a quattro lnb?
Can you post the diseqc tree (devices configuration) here, so we can test it?

I tested NIT function with my Cband antenna and diseqc switch, and everything is working as expected (v 6.86.4 win 7 32bits).
All in NIT channels were found, and diseqc messages are correct. Unfortunatelly I dont have now pointed a Ku band sat to test NIT.

So, lets ask the obvious: did you enabled NIT search in the Tvsettings > Options > Scanner > Add to transponders list ?

Theres a bug in this NIT option "Add to transponders List".
No transponder is added to any list after a NIT scan, as I can understand from the title name.
The other two options, something with "Use only NIT if found..." i cant even understand what it is meant to do... If NIT frequency is found will Progdvb delete other frequencies

That mean ProgDVB use only NIT table after detect first transponder with NIT. This mode good for Europe local TV.

ProgDVB have only one normal scan mode - Channel list -> Search. You can look on this menu
