Can you run Task Manager and see the CPU use of Pogdvb?
If it is too high (>50% dual core, >25% quad core), the problem normally is with Progdmux or timeshift, or with bad codec.
Try demux and codecs from Microsoft, they are the stabler.
Never disable timeshift, that option is long bugged, and can crash Progdvb.

Today I did a test with the "Prog combo" of pre-release 6.90.1.b: Progdemux, Prog audio renderer, Custom EVR, audio processor, all on, together.
I see that the kit is working near perfect. The Progdemux didnt crash the program with bad signals tuned; the audio processor is working with all the channels.
The benefit of using this combo is that the video-audio sync is always perfect, what doesnt happens with other combinations.
The only problem I observed is some difficuty to Progdemux open AAC audio: some low SR channels can take 5 minutes :!: to show the sound. Instead the Elecard demux opens sound imediatelly with that same channel, but un-syncronized to video. Here a sample to test the demuxers.

The timeshift issues are the same way as before.
