is it possible to share 5 channels with 2 other computers and all to watch separately different channels?
Can i make it with free version or have to buy Pro. And do i have to pay for server and which one?

Only if all 5 channels from one transponder/mux.

They are from 1 usb tv tuner

one one mux... For example if you can open all 5 channels in ProgDVB in same time.

i do not know how to do that
