In January 2013 I purchased Prog DVB Pro and I am - I was
- very lucky with it. Now I needed to re-install my computer (Windows 7 64 bit) and I installed the latest version of ProgDVB (6.92). But here my activation key doesn't work anymore which I got in January. Then I tried to install the older program version which I got in january - it also did'nt work with the activation key I have. On the page http://reg2.progdvb.com/ I clicked 'Update Activation Code'. I entered here every information I have, but the system answer is always the same: "No account has been found by your criteria. Please, check entered data."
What am I doing wrong, who can help me?
