ProgDVB6.94.6x64Pro get signal without channel O.o

this problem after install new windows 7 x64 with all dvbs player

I am install windows 7 more then one some time work and some time not work ?
install windows 8 x64bit one time first is work ?
but me not love windows 8 but the new driver and hardware make some problem in windows 7 ? my old computer with core 2 duo work good with dvbs card in win 7 but new computer with i7 3770k not work good in win 7 only in win 8
