I use ProgDVB 6.61 for watching satellite programs with my SkyStar 2 USB without any problems.

Yesterday, I downloaded kvadiseqc0.6.zip from ProgDVB website, extracted it into the ProgDVB/Plugins directory.
Then I started the ProgDVB software and I got the following:
