So first, this is my configuration:

I am using the newest ProgDVB x64 on my Windows 8 Pro 64 Bit with a Pinnacle Pro Sat USB 450e.
My Satellite is set to Astra 19,2° to receive German Channels.

Some of you may familiar with the Channels.

Here is a list of the main channels i want to use:
RTL
RTL ...

Look, I can watch theese Channels on the first startup (first install), after a restart there is no quality anymore.

EDIT: After doing a rescan, i am loosing the channels..
