I can see two tuner but :
- If I configure with my tool in DVB-T, only DVB-T work. "Device not started" for DVB-C.
- If I configure with my tool in DVB-C, only DVB-C work. "Device not started" for DVB-T.

Not tested with "AMDVBT2 BDA Driver 140529 ...
