I think it is having trouble updating 7.30.3 where the scanner was changed.
Because previous versions are okay.

After many reviews from 7.31.3a to 7.30.2:
This version 7.30.2 is flawless in scan (USALS) and channel change (USALS).

I installed the 7.31.0 version.
The 7.31.0 has no problem.
