I am using a DVB-T PCI Express TV card with SAA7160/2 Philips Chipset TV Tuner, using the reference drivers found in Windows Update Catalog for x64 Windows 10.

After a lot of testing with both video and audio codecs, I managed to find the culprit: LAVFilter!
To my surprise, although it delivers the best quality, it desyncs FullHD video and audio, while ffdshow and Microsoft DTV-DVD codecs deliver absolute sync!
Oh, never mind, I got it! I made logs for 1 minute of each channel. STAR channel is SD channel and I have no problem watching it. ERT HD is 1080i channel and I have no problem watching it. STAR HD channel is 1080p channel and video and audio are seriously desynced.
