OK . Installed 2.19 drivers and adjusted the latency . Also changed mode to surface (as overlay can't resize the picture).
Now everything works (even the brightness) . Only disadvantage is that there is a delay when you resize the window (minimize-maximize) , but i can live with that . :P

There is no option to move to older drivers as the 8800 is only supported from 91.XX and after .

I'll also try the 2.19 plain driver (No KS) and see what happens.

Up to last week i was using an Ati X1900XTX without problems . It's 100% Nvidia's fault . Everyone is complaining for the overlay ...

There are no controls to change the overlay settings in the latest forceware drivers . This is the first thing that i thinked but no luck ...
Is there a 3rd party utility which allows to change overlay settings ? (I tried rivatuner & powerstrip)

Last week i bought an nvidia 8800gtx and i noticed that the channels are not shown correctly.
Picture is stretched horizontally and so i can only see the left & center of the video . The right side is just out of the window(non existant).
The vertical scaling is correct
