Can you make MPD Dash Stream support?

I managed to get rid of WebClient errors but currently whenever I am clicking any update button ProgTV does not respond for a while up to several minutes according to the number of sources(playlists or EPG guides). How can I get rid of this situation?

I found something different. If I am opening ProgTV as administrator ProgTV can update playlists and EPGs but before than that ProgTV is freezing for a minute. Also the updating process is really slow.

I did a fresh install of ProgDVB and ProgTV. I disable my antivirus application and Windows Defender. I gave Windows Firewall permissions to the applications. The situation still same.

I can not even connect to the application server for updates. But I can open TV channels somehow.

This situation is happening for all my links. I can open URLs on the browser.

Whenever I am updating a playlist or EPG, ProgTV uses so many system sources and freezing for a minute. Eventually can not get the contents and gives me WebClient errors.
