I'm not clear on what you want me to do, but I have changed all the engines in ProgTV (I don't use ProgDVB from the screenshots you posted) to FFMPEG that has the option. I have also updated to 3.47.7 since the app recommended that I upgrade.

I had an update from Google Play in between my first post and second post, but as of right now there's no newer version in Google Play Store on either of ny Nvidia Shields.

When I cold start ProgTV on Android TV the channel loads fine. When I change to channel #2 only audio starts (I have waited more than 60 seconds without the video starting, I haven't seen the point in waiting longer than 1 minute, even for testing purposes) until I click a button like arrow right ...

The Windows versions works fine (the video actually start a few seconds before the audio starts) with the same dizquetv iptv source.
