in older ProgDVB Versions you could use graphedit to create your own graphs ==> which meant, you could select any media file (in our case a transport stream) select the mpeg Splitter, the audio decoder, the video decoder (...and add sound/video-effects etc. if you wanted) and then save that graph ...

I tested a while and tosheva's idea seemed to be right. The effect is caused by the DS-demultiplexing namely empgpdmx.ax.
Close ProgDVB go to the Plugins Folder and unregister the empgpdmx.ax by using regsvr32.exe /u empgpdmx.ax
You should see a message like "unregistering empgpdmx.ax was ...

Hey. Thanks for this tipp but this is not the real solution because:

I do see some channels where before deleting the ax-File I had a black screen and only audio BUT: Since the .ax-File has been deleted I have some channels where I don neither see and hear anything.

Hi. I do usually not reopen old threads but I have the same Problem here.

I already tried all different Renderers and different Codecs.
I use DVB-C (Cable TV).
I can temporarily fix this problem by doing the following steps:

Look up channel Properties,
Starting a Transponder Scan of this ...

2 Things:

1.) modyfing the root file (with a char-editor) doesn't help
2.) installing RelictEPG in v 4.x could fix the problem in some cases
even with the native EPG
3.) installing RelictEPG in the latest Version fixes the Problem that the
scheduler doesn't work but it doesn't fix the native EPG ...

No ... sorry: This was just exemplary, because I can't copy this string to clipboard I just looked up a similar looking Key in the registry.

I use a Pinnacle PCTVSat, but I suppose the reg key shown points to the PCTVSat card. I'll try to note it down when I receive it the next time !

I'm not alone.

Sometimes I could see complete registry hives instead of a usfull EPG.
Looks like

\PCIDevices\VEN_10DE&DEV_0068&SUBSYS_0C111043&REV_A4

for example and it's definately a registry key related to a certain device I get displayed ... but this only happens occasionally. Most of the time ...
