Device list

Hi,

I've got VisionDTV powered by twinhan. I tried to start all the devices on the list yet it gives the message of

cannot submit the tune request or:
cannot load filters

or just device not started.

can someone please help me with this issue?

please help me out a bit more, I tried to find discussion regarding this (I have to admit I didn't do it well)

However, if I have a PCI Sat card how can I insert a card (There is not card reader)?
