i'd the same problem, saving the channel-list in Vista 64. UAC off, Admin Rights and full access to the progdvb-folder to anyone. Than i stopped the Scan at 30 Transponders and tried to save the list -> done. So i scanned and saved Step by Step 5 Transponders more until 60 where the Program ...
