I'm still having this issue, even with the latest verison of ProgDVB (5.15.10). The program won't find any channels, even with scan transponder or blind search.

So far I've been using a USB stick with ProgDVB, but I would really like to get my Hauppauge card working.

I'm currently using an old Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T (DVB-T) PCI card with drivers from the Technotrend website.

The card works perfectly in PowerCinema, but in ProgDVB (5.14.08), it doesn't find any channels. The signal strength meter at the bottom shows 84% on one bar and 100% on the other bar, but ...
