Well, I solved my problem with dvbviewer (but it is not free application), so I think it is something wrong with our configs or in the way ProgDVB comunicate with device driver.

Here is what is adviced to me from Prog:

Very similar problem for me also with Compro Videomate S300, and I tried on 2 pc´s (Celeron 3.2, 1GB, ATI X1650 and AMD Athlon64 3000+, 1GB, 7600 GT). With 5.15.x versions there is need to restart pc, with 4.56.2 there is only crash report, no need for restart.

Compro Videomate S300 problems with ProgDVB

I dont have success using normally (without problems) this card with ProgDVB. I am having many not respondings and crashes of application. No matter which version of ProgDVB, I tried version 5.15.9, 5.15.6 and 4.56.2. Driver for dvb-s card I use is latest driver 1.3.6.6.

Please help with some ...
