Is any guide how to use Prog Media Server ? Seems I can stream something, but how to watch it?

I installed client, tried Transponder scan, also Channel Scan, but none of these founds nothing

1. If I try to stream, I cannot watch streamed content. I can access the generated page, but if I press play, it can see just url. If I enter it in VLC manually, it's is not playing (other IPTV on VLC working correctly). I tried all the possible values.
