hello people, so here's my problem:
I brought a SkyView 3 satellite card (which I start thinking it was a bad idea!)
they gave me a CD with it, containing 4 things to install :
-Driver
-DVBPlayer
-ProgDVB
-direct X 9.0

so, as I'm using WIN7 I skipped the direct X 9.0... but everything else was ...
