I just wanted to open .xskin with skin editor wtf??

and when i open progdvb.exe in skin editor it gives me this error:

nothing i just open whatever skin and it gives me that error

Hello all. For past 5 days i been creating new skin for osd, based it on blue and black color of space so i called it "BlueStar",

I have a problem with EPG ,when i import my epg.xml it reloads epg from satellite and rewrites everything,
