Hi again,
I discovered another strange thing on my new card (SkyStar 2 eXpress HD).
Watching TV nothing special happens on my CPU usage:
This is normal.
But when I close ProgDVB something "stucks" in the background with usage more than 20% of CPU:
After some research (using an app Process Explorer) I figured out what exactly is hidden under "System" process:
If I start ProgDVB again it disappears and everything is OK.

The problem is when I don't want to watch TV any more and use my PC for something different. There are some freezes of Windows because of this "thing" in the background The only solution so far is reboot the PC because I'm unable to kill it manually

Could you help me with this?

Is it last version? Send me logs. May be some crash on exit of ProgDVB?

Yes, I use the latest version.
ProgDVB closes correctly, at least UI. For sure there is no crash on exit.

Just one information more:
Using the same card (SkyStar 2 eXpress HD) as BDA device (not WDM) this problem doesn't occur.
