I reported this same issue some time ago.

Not sure it will help many but I have just installed MPC-VR RTX HDR 1.2 and i now get HDR support, also I get a lot less crashing in ProgDVB.

Windows 10, I am not recording, just playing when shutting down, i get a message everytime this happens that ProgDVb is preventing windows from shut down

Since updating to most recent version, Progdvb stops windows from shutting down. This happens every time i shut windows down whilst program is running.
