Cannot access plugins dropdown menu

I've had several issues regarding progdvb5.08 version.
Most of them i've solved, but there is something i couldn't:

Why doesn't show anything under the plugins menu ?
the plugin is loaded, because it's icon shows in the system tray, but i can't find it in the plugins menu so i cannot configure it ...

ProgDvb5 08 version freezing

Hello. I'm tryied to use progdvb 5.08 .
I'm using windows vista ultimate with a skystar 2 dvb card with latest drivers (not BDA).
When i go into the options menu, and then i press the Ok button, the whole program freezes.

What could be wrong (no matter what kind of settins i make, the program ...
