I added these lines in progdvb.ini: no change after a full scan. I am not even sure it was taken into account by progdvb (as I understand, this parameter should add a 2 second delay between each TP scan, isn't it ? => it does not)

I have a perfect reception of Hotbird (all Txp at 95%) and these Txp are perfectly scanned with other DVB softs.
I don't see what option you are talking about. It doesn't exist on ProgDVB4.88.9.

I have just tested the hotbird caption issue with 2 completely different hardware platforms using progDVB 4.88.9:

- with a TT S2-3200 on Vista or XP: bug is present.
- with a Hauppauge Nexus (SS1) on W2K: bug is present.

In both cases, the same channels are affected. There is no "random effect ...
