Sorry for the wording as I am new to the video streaming. Here is my situation :
Firstly,
-need to distribute analog TV signal in a LAN
-have bought the ProgDVB and trying to set up the video server
-use VLC at the client station
-use multicast setting
-fails to do that with the transcoding

I am trying to use the ProgDVB as a video server software. When I select the tranport stream mode of operation, will the ProgDVB stream out the video data from the TV tuner directly ? ie it will not attempt to modify the video data or it will encode the video data in ProgDVB default format ...
