11. ProgDVB Pre-Release 6.73.3.3 - Found no channel. (Device settings like in this new Screenshot)

Please give me BDA.log from last prerelease.

The logging-function was disabled so i had to retry/retest the version (start, settings checked, channel scan, no channels found, exit), but now you can have the BDA.log.

btw, in last versions ProgDVB disable "Use tuner space" by default. May be that is problem. This option enabled on your screen.

Where can I find this setting?

Settings->Options->Use ITunerRequest - disable

08. Have a look at the Screenshot of my last tests. I have seen that this feature was disabled. I enabled the feature after each ProgDVB installation manually.
09. Since ProgDVB-Version 6.70.5, it makes no difference whether the option is checked or not.

I am not have good ideas and not more reports about this problem. May be more experiments on next week.

Actually it shouldn't be a problem to find the error, especially after I was able to determine the faulty version.
I am myself software developer and can only recommend to revise the development process.
Have you ever heard of Subversion (or other version control systems), branch, trunk and code comparison?
These days a bug tracker is requirement, especially when it comes to a commercial product.
If you want to become a commercial software vendor, you have to be more professional!

Despite my criticism, I hope I still get a solution to my problem.

I am quite busy on last 2 weeks... but most problem is not different with 6.70.3 in important places and no other reports about this problem from other users.

The answer, that there are no other reports about this problem from other users, can only be a joke.
Should this answer say that i get no support, because no other users have the same problem?

I do not think that ProgDVB has so many customers/users with the same TV card (Hauppauge WinTV-Nova-TD-Stick - Model: 958xx) and the same system (Windows 7 Ultimate x64).
