My problem here which I want you to help me in is that there are number of channels appear like they have a stronge signal, however it don't work at all, why?and how can I make it work?
I'm from Egypt and I'll give you example for the channels that don't work although it has good signals:

" ESC 1 , Ch 1 , Mehwer , Rotana cinema , EDUC 3 , Melody hits , Melody arabia , dream , Alhurra , Nile news , Nile family , ETV "

But,
Current language file and version of language file aren't mentioned in the Prog DVB help menu (about Prog DVB)
But If you need this "the language from the setting menu is English"

Why did you open another thread on the very same issue? You should just have replied instead.
The board software does not allow to move postings or merge threads. Now people would have to read through two threads to try and help.
And, what's even worse, after a few other threads and postings, these two threads will get parted by others.

What happens, if a non working station is updated from channel properties? Do audio and video IDs update or do they vanish?
