Today i did the updates above.
in the evening i started prog and the video was flickering on SD and HD Channels.
Setting Custom EVR to EVR fixed the problem.

If i finnished viewing with ALT F4 or File close a get a hint like after a crash, and prog will restart- Can only cancel. What ist that ?
