I have updated to latest release from a very old build (used to crash all the time) and I have noticed the new version doesn't allow to edit any of the sections like PID why has this function been greyed out?
Even with the constant crashing of the old version I am going to have to go back to that or just go with another companies software.
Re: Editing PID
#3Why does it matter the reason I want to edit pids it was available before now it is not.
I will explain some of it anyway some of the dvb channels I need to manually edit some of the pid values because it doesn't put the correct ones in so for an example lets say a channel has pid audio which is 1001 this is just background music i need to change it to 1002 for speech this can be the case for some of the video or pvr ones as well.

Re: Editing PID
#4You can select audio stream for example in context menu of screen.
Not using functions is bad. Any function interferes with someone.

Re: Editing PID
#5Incorrect
Can you read I clearly stated it has the wrong number it needs to be edited
Your posts are useless are you a mod or staff member here I hope not.
I can see this place is a complete waste of time and the suckers that have purchased this software get this for support complete disgrace.
Re: Editing PID
#6Again. Can you give example of case when this function really needed? I am not know no one. Need some reson for do complex interface.
If audio pid not correct then this is bug of Scanner but not reason for users problem. ProgDVB must detect all audio stream and user can select from OSD or context menu.

How is it complex interface it was a feature available in older versions you would right click on a channel look at the properties and it would allow you to manually input pid for pvr/audio/video
The audio stream is not present to select.
Old look allows edits (this is even from progdvb own site as you can see)

new look looks nothing like this and everything is greyed out.
Re: Editing PID
#8More then 20 parameters on one screen is not simple...
Again. You can change audio stream for example in context menu of video picture (and in many other places). But what you need change video pid?
