I have s660 and not problem with RC. Is it last x32 ProgDVB version?
yes. i always use the last version of progdvb. its problem is exist in other softwares such as altdvb, dvb viewer, my theater,dvb dream, Etc.
i think this is a hardware problem. for example command IC ,Infrared sensor or ...

also it doesn't work with USB3, contrary to the tevii company claims.
