I've tried ProgEdit, ProgDVB Channels Editor and the trail of Ch@nnelger.
Nothing seems to work with recent versions of Progdvb.

But it does not seem to be working.
Nilesat is at input A with 0 HZ. This one can scan transponders up to 11766 after that all the scanned channels is that of 11766.
Hotbird is at input B with 22 KHZ. This one does not show any channels when scanning.
