I have a similar problem with my hvr-4000 but for me the Diseqd is not working. There is no support listed when viewing the card under device list.
My current selected LNB works fine. Same problem with ver 4 and 5.

Your Progdvb startup error can be that it also finds the DVB-T part of the card ...
