I the card hauupauge HVR 4000 compatible with prodgdvb.

the search function says (HVR 4000) : viewtopic.php?t=569&highlight=hvr+4000

That means it will work with DVB-S 1 channels but not with DVB-S 2 ones...

when i start progdvb , it say device not started, the selected driver card is Sky star 1 over TT.
What driver can y use for this card HVR 4000.

Now i have installed progdvb 4.82.2 with bda driver echostar DVBS, i surch channel provider and i find lot of channel, but i have no picture when i selected and try some channels.
perhaps i have tne wron driver of dvb-s dba ?
where i can find this driver to put on my registry of windows.

sounds like you have not registered elecard codec during install...go in \progdvb\filters and doubleclick ´register.bat´ ...then try again...

yes i use the lasted version is 4.82.1 sorry for my error

Now i have pictures on free program but only 30 second, after the screen stop. i try over channel and it is the same problem.

I think the problem is with hd channel the hauppauge card is warm i must install fan.
or perhaps the time shift of progdvb ?

hmm, don´t know...maybe a dvb card driver problem..or codec issue -> viewtopic.php?t=604

I have a similar problem with my hvr-4000 but for me the Diseqd is not working. There is no support listed when viewing the card under device list.
My current selected LNB works fine. Same problem with ver 4 and 5.

Your Progdvb startup error can be that it also finds the DVB-T part of the card.
Only one part is usable at the time. Just disable the DVB-T under device list and then restart probdvb.
