Why can't you stop the current (manual) recording via the scheduler anymore? There used to be a Command "Stop Recording", that you could program for a certain time. This is not available no more since a few versions, maybe > 6.90 or so.

Can it be true, that a current recording stops without warning, when I simply update the EPG data in the EPG window by pressing the update button? Recordings should have prio 1 of all activities inside ProgDVB to ensure a seamless video file!

I don't know in which version it came up after 6.81.x, but now in 6.86.4 I have an unwanted snapshot sound when taking a picture from TV. Can I somehow disable this? If not, is there a trick, that it simply does not fire? Config file? Rename a file? ... I just don't want it to make any sound ...

I cannot confirm this. My video usage is 38MB before I start ProgDVB and between 45 and 70 MB when ProgDVB is running. So ProgDVB itself is not consuming much at all...

I use nVidia GeForce 9800GT, driver 266.58.

I have 2 Gig. And I don't like having the Timeshift buffer on HDD. That makes it more difficult to do HDD tasks besides watching/recording TV.

You're right, thanks. Currently I use 320 MB, instead of 475 as before. Which gives me lesser minutes per channel, but enables watching 2 channels in parallel.
So, it's more an enhancement request than a bug

I downgraded to 6.61.03 because here the parallel channel watching works in general. The menu item "Open channel in new window" is not always inactive like in newer ProgDVB versions.
