black screen when channel splits to local station

At 19:30 the channel WDR (ASTRA, 12420000kHz, hor. pol.) switches its broadcasting to local stations. The screen then turns black. The only way to recover I found is to reload PIDs (PCR and PMT then change from 101 to 801). After half an hour the channel broadcasts the regular program on all stations and I have to reload the PIDs again.
I think the problem is known at least since 5.14.06 and was said be be solved. Actually it is not. Is there any hope for a solution?
I just wanna look TV with PC Intel Core 2 PCU 6300 @1.86GHz, Win XP SP3, SAA7131 PCI card with tripple tuner, SAT antenna to Atra 19°.

Confirmed.
Same happens with the NDR locals (like the HH version, "NDR FS HH" on 12110 H 27500 19.2°E) here, as I've reported some time ago.
Also happens on all earlier versions I've ever tested for this, from the very beginning.
But at least since the inuguration of TT SDK 2.17, this should basically be able to handle...
