ProgDVB64 6.30.3 scan-transponder for DVB-S2 hangs

#1
The Pro version of ProgDVB64 in Win 7x64 never finds DVB-S2 transponders and requires a reboot to recover from the scan. It does work for DVB-S transponders.

Uninstalling and reinstalling yields no change and 64 bit drivers and codecs are exclusively used.

The Pro 32 bit version of Progdvb in Win 7x86 does work for DVB-S2 transponders.

TBS/Prof was confirmed as the selected option under "Settings", "Device Options".

I installed the Pro x86 version of ProgDVB in parallel with the x64 version in Win 7x64 and transponder-scanned some DVB-S channels to confirm its basic working order (and that worked fine) and then proceeded to scan a DVB-S2 transponder and it hung in the same way as the x64 version of ProgDVB.
