Running it on my nexus dvb-s, test version 5.02.
It works in soft mode, but not hardware mode. In hardware mode the channels only display a black image. In soft mode it works.
In both modes you can scan channels etc.

Test Version 5.02 - Transponder scan not working

Hi,

I can't

- update a channel (open from list)
- delate channel from list (the channel and all ff are no more shown in list but not delated)
- update a transponder (the new channel will be found but list not updated)

I think it is a problem in the Channel list -> scan transponder

- starting by a working channel on Hispasat (LNB 3 selected custom)
- Channel list -> Scan transponder -> Under Transponder not shown Hispasat is shown LNB1 Astra
- swltching to Hispasat and selecting a working transponder -> no Level and Quality
- pressing 'lock' Level and Quality OK
- Scan - new channel found
- pressing 'OK' - Channel list recovered but new channel not added.

Regards

Not working on Windows XP x64

Version 5 doesn't work at all for me on Windows XP x64. Crashes as soon as you launch the program (before a window even appears).

I think maybe it has to do with the .NET 2.0 runtime being 64-bit on x64 and perhaps you're assuming 32-bits somewhere internally.

Version 4 works perfectly through the WOW6432 emulator. I don't know of a way to force 32-bits with .NET (maybe it's possible).

I'd be happy to help test this if you're interested in supporting the x64 platform. I'm a .NET programmer myself, so I could have some insight.
