HI,
I just buy yesterday a copy of progdvbpro64bit installed on win7 64bit.
Where is the missing codec?
On 32bit of progdvb pro previously installed I see many many codec, like mainconcept, dscaler, cyberlink avc etc.
On 64bit version those codec are missing!
I see only cyberlink pdv9 and microsoft dtv codec.
Any suggestions?

For a 64 bit application you are in need of a 64 bit codec.
32 bit codecs won't work there.
These days, many codecs, that could formerly be borrowed from other applications, like from DVD player software, are protected against third party use from outside of their host application.
ProgDVB does not come with a commercial codec included, not even the Pro version.
But there are alternatives, like from here:
