I downloaded the latest edition, 6.49.4 and it worked OK up until I set some scheduled recordings.
Manual recording seems to work well, but not scheduled. The scheduled tasks were done first of all via the scheduler, and scheduled tasks to open ProgDVB when I was away from the PC.
It said "ProgDVB has crashed" with the error message and it froze, had to click the red x button on the notice to close it.
I am using an NVIDIA GeForce 9500GT as my graphics card, with FFDShow as the main codec installed.
It did tape one recording, but cut out at 0:19:45, yet the actual programme duration was 1 hour.
However, three manual recordings did work, no errors there...
I am using a Twinhan DVB-T as my DVB tuner/DVB driver and doing a cold reboot did not help - the error still happens on random occasions, not infrequently but not frequently either.
Does anyone know why this is, and what I can do to fix this error?

#2What scheduler mode? Try not use service mode.

#3I've disabled the ProgDVB Service in Vista. As for the scheduler, the part that says "Scheduler" on the service part of the menu is what I meant.Prog wrote:What scheduler mode? Try not use service mode.
Also, is timeshifting recommended for taping programs later than usual (since my tuner can't find ITV2 + 1)
