Signal strength with dvb-c card?
#1I have a Technisat Cablestar2 card and the signal strength is always displayed as 100%. Can someone describe his signal strength on dvb-c?

Quality 100& and Level 95%
used card is a hauppauge dvb-c rev. 2.2
