High Band switching is used automatically, with all default settings for the Ku band LNB.
You could perhaps change the switchover frequency in LNB properties, but this does not change the switching method in itself (22 kHz continuous carrier off / on).
DiSEqC controls won't set up automatically, because 99+% of the equipment used in Europe can't do plug&play there with.
So you have to tell ProgDVB, what DiSEqC positions lead to which LNB (in case, of what type).
Band switching is not effected by this, so it's not mentioned as a switching stage there.
In contrary, if you've found a 22kHz switch as one option, that's for Americans using it for position switching instead of band switching, only.
Europeans go the DiSEqC way instead.
Proper working of DiSEqC controls may require a hardware / driver related patch selection in device options, specially on BDA driven tuners.
